2:00-4:00 Engrave in Memory: "Personal Touch" Technique Make a claim through personification of an idea; adding mental aspect; riddling a concept; building effective bridges; creating metaphors; make your audience think about your argument.
DAY 2
9:00-1:00 Persuasion and Influence in Interpersonal Communication The 8 principles of Persuasion; the 6 channels of Influence (Interest, Authority, Politics, Rationality, Inspiration and Emotion, Relationship). Additionally, the meaning of respect of opposing party and improving of personal styling (e.g., commanding, acting, promoting, counseling). Presentation will be combined with live simulations in class.

2:00-3:00 Professional Negotiations in Multicultural Setup The 10 questions each professional negotiator must ask and analysis of answers; different tactics and key elements for different cultures e.g., negotiations in India, China, France and Germany.
